James came on a Saturday, listened to us, and answered all our questions. He was quite helpful, and returned on Monday (a holiday no less) and disabled the deadly springs so we can SAFELY remove the old door ourselves. He quoted (quite reasonable)prices on a replacement door. I will be calling them again, and do not hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work folks!
